Refreshing Pages and Clearing the Cache
If the page you are on is not displaying correctly, the first thing you should do is refresh the page. The position of the refresh button varies depending on which browser you’re using, but it’s usually at the top near your address bar. Here is an example from Internet Explorer:
If this has no effect, you may need to clear your browsers cache. As you browse the Internet, your browser stores images and other files in the cache to help your computer load web pages faster. If the website updates its files, however, your browser might display a cached version, which could be outdated or incorrect.
